Dra. Carmen Arroyo Torres
Dr. Carmen Arroyo Torre, Au.D., CCC-A FAA is a clinical audiologist and Universal Neonatal Hearing Screening Program Coordinator at a hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Dr. Arroyo Torre received her doctoral degree from the University of Puerto Rico’s Medical Sciences campus and has extensive experience as a clinical supervisor and adjunct professor in universities such as Carlos Albizu University and the University of Puerto Rico. Dra. Natalie J. Delgado
Dr. Natalie J. Delgado is a Deaf Ecuadorian ASL user, and English and Spanish speaker born to hearing parents. Delgado is the Director of Outreach at a residential school for the Deaf in the United States and has worked in Deaf education for eleven years. She received her doctoral degree from Lamar University in the Deaf Studies and Deaf Education department.
